Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay messages to the relevant personnel
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and exercise good judgement
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent client focus and communication skills
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with a permanent position
About the Role
