Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay messages to the relevant personnel
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible, and exercise good judgement
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent client focus and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally with a permanent position
