Lambton Shores, Canada Roelands Plant Farms Full time

The Finance Administrator is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and performing other tasks that support the organization's overall operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Accurately input and maintain financial records, including transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare regular reports, analyze data, and provide records for internal and external users.
- Support month-end close and reconciliation of accounts, investigating discrepancies and posting manual journal entries as needed.
- Manage assets and liabilities, including inventory, fixed assets, leases,
- mortgages/loans, rentals, etc.
- Complete and file CRA and other government requirements.
- Assist the Controller in preparing financial statements and reports in the areas of
- income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.
- Assist the Controller with annual budget creation, financial forecasting, cost/pricing
- analysis, and year-end processes/review.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft products
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Understanding of applied accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams

**Salary**: $53,000.00 per year
