At Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Program Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering impactful learning programs that drive business results.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating training programs related to Leadership Development, Sales Skills, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles and experience in creating engaging learning experiences using various methodologies including instructor-led sessions, eLearnings, and videos.

The Learning and Development Program Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop learning solutions that meet those needs. This includes conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs related to Leadership Development, Sales Skills, and Customer Experience
  • Facilitate training sessions for leaders and employees
  • Evaluate and track training programs to ensure they are meeting business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver content and programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or a related field, or equivalent certification in adult learning principles

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Experience in facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
