Job Title: Senior Manager/Portfolio Manager, Real Property

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Portfolio Manager to join our team at Employment and Social Development Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing human and financial resources, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders, and providing operational and strategic advice to senior management or clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage human and financial resources to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide operational and strategic advice to senior management or clients to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate program or project performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Significant experience in managing human and financial resources.
  • Experience developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Experience developing proposals, reports, presentations, or briefing material intended for various audiences.
  • Significant experience in program or project management, including strategic and operational planning and reporting on program/project performance.
  • Significant experience in providing operational and strategic advice to senior management or clients.
