**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to support the strategic and operational management of our real property division. As a Deputy Director, you will oversee the effective delivery of projects and services that uphold the high standards of the House of Commons.

**Qualifications:**

A degree in architecture, design, engineering, facility management, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

**Experience:**

  • Extensive experience in project or facilities planning, reporting, scheduling, and risk assessment
  • Skilled in quality assurance and leading teams for high-value and complex projects or property portfolios
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of the organizational structure of the House of Commons

**Assets:**

Additional certifications in architecture, design, engineering, facility management, project management, or a related field will be considered an asset.
