We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join AA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY



Key Responsibilities




  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage contracts in accordance with company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email
  • Compile data, statistics and other information to support business decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information filing systems
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence


Requirements




  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other software applications
