About the Role

Leclerc Ltd, a family-owned business with 117 years of experience, is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the development and competitiveness of its manufacturing operations in the US. As the Director-US Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of cost, production, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing operations, focusing on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Management Committee to drive business growth and strategic planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and growth, driving business expansion and market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a director-level role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
