About the Role

Northwestern Polytechnic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic talent development and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Talent Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
  3. HR Generalist: Provide HR generalist support to various departments, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  4. Organizational Development: Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, change management, and communication strategies.
  5. Union Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with union representatives and employees to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution.
  6. Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, advertising, and interview processes.
  7. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations and goals.
  8. Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communication strategies to keep employees informed about organizational changes, policies, and procedures.
