FCC Construcción is a leading international infrastructure and citizen services group with a strong presence in the Canadian market. With a rich history of delivering complex projects, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing professional and client-focused support to drive our recruitment efforts. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent from across the North American job market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for all open roles across our corporate group, including sourcing, recruitment, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolios, leveraging your professional online and social media presence, and prospecting talent through your network.
  • Provide trusted advice to hiring managers using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels, consulting on labour market trends, candidate availability, sourcing methods, recruitment risks, relocation packages, and more.
  • Communicate regularly with the business to understand and forecast recruitment needs and initiatives, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in partnership with our HRBP.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to gain valuable insights into recruitment trends and incorporate into overall recruitment strategies.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment efforts, and a post-secondary education in Human Resources or a business-related area. The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 CAD, based on industry standards and market conditions in the Greater Toronto Area.
