About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving recruitment initiatives, managing client relationships, and delivering top-tier IT talent to meet evolving demands. This dual-role position combines account management and recruitment, offering a unique opportunity to support clients' staffing needs while fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building robust pipelines for IT professionals across various domains and industries.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage tools such as social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events to source and connect with both active and passive candidates.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and reference verifications, and negotiating contract terms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Account Management and Business Development:

  • Develop Client Portfolios: Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Meet Hiring Demands: Implement strategies to meet the hiring demands of high-profile clients while staying ahead of market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Diploma: University or college diploma required.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, account management, preferably in IT or technical domains.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
