Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and client-focused support with a strong emphasis on talent sourcing strategies for all recruitment needs within the corporate group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for all open roles across corporate group, including sourcing, recruitment, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers.
  • Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolio, establish connections, maintain, and leverage a professional online presence, and prospect talent through your network.
  • Consult with hiring managers and provide updates on labour market trends, candidate availability, sourcing methods, recruitment risks, relocation packages, and more.
  • Communicate regularly with the business to understand and forecast recruitment needs and initiatives.
  • Assist and consult on the development of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience in partnership with the HRBP.

This role requires exceptional organization and emerging project management skills, proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated work experience working within a complex and matrixed organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years leading end-to-end recruitment efforts. A post-secondary education in Human Resources or a business-related area is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.
