Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker, LICSW to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote emotional growth and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective discharge planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community agencies to ensure a smooth transition to post-hospital care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts or equivalent licensure in another state.
  • Minimum of two years of post-degree experience in an inpatient, partial, or outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
