We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker Associate to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Work with managed care organizations to ensure effective care coordination
  • Complete electronic medical records training and demonstrate proficiency
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Attaining LCSW licensure within 12 months of hire
  • Experience in providing clinical services, including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
  • Experience working in a managed care environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
