About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker, LICSW to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their clinical, social, and emotional requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Discharge Planning: Develop and implement discharge plans that provide patients with the necessary support and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts or equivalent licensure in another state.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of post-degree experience in an inpatient, partial, or outpatient setting, with a focus on clinical social work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
