Customer Service Advocate

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team in the Financial Services industry. As a key member of our client's support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues related to benefits, pensions, and death reports.
About the Role
- You will work with multiple systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with company-mandated processes and procedures.
- With excellent communication skills, you will handle at least 15 calls per day, navigating multiple screens and troubleshooting technical issues.
- You will listen attentively to customers' concerns, identify root causes, and provide solutions via phone, online networks, or email.
- Maintaining accurate records, you will document all assisted cases and adhere to established performance objectives, quality standards, and business goals.
- You will collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other departments to share knowledge, best practices, and trends.
- Promoting confidentiality, you will protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.
Requirements
- Bilingual (French and English) proficiency is essential.
- Over 1 year of experience in call centers, financial services, benefits, pensions, and insurance industries is required.
- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is a must.
