Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with Hootsuite's products and services to provide accurate and informative support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a social media or technology company
