Bilingual Customer Service Advocate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Claims Department in the Customer Service Centre.
As a key member of our team, you will provide legendary customer service to both our external and internal clients in a call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a knowledge leader on our policies, products, services, and initiatives.
- Answer inquiry and new claims calls on an inbound queue while applying your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and making on-the-spot decisions to move claims forward.
- Accurately and clearly document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims.
- Take ownership and responsibility on all calls to support customers and colleagues.
- Ensure that daily call centre metrics are met while taking a high volume of inbound calls.
- Provide quality customer service, maintain low hold times, and document files in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a 'can-do' attitude to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
- University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
- Willing to pursue your Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
