At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and emergency situations
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients, tenants, and the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and emergency services to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
  • Confidence interacting with clients, tenants, and the public
  • Basic skills in utilizing technology, including writing reports and tracking patrols
