Job Title: Security Officer

Fusion Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client requests and onsite emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public.
  • Monitor property access and investigate any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
  • Enforce client-informed policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments as needed.
  • Respond to alarms and other security incidents in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • A valid BC Security License.
  • Relevant experience in the security industry.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete routine patrols.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional deportment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and security.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
