Security Officer

Job Summary
Paladin Security is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any potential security threats.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients, team members, and the public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand and/or patrol for the majority of a shift (8-hours average).
- Confidence interacting verbally with team members, client personnel, members of the public, and emergency services.
- Some experience in security or customer service is an asset.
What We Offer
Paladin Security offers a competitive hourly rate, starting at $18/hour - $22/hour, depending on the site or program you work in. We also offer opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
