Paladin Security is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Controlling access to facilities
  • Conducting regular foot patrols
  • Monitoring CCTV cameras
  • Providing first aid and emergency response
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Writing detailed incident reports
  • De-escalating potentially violent situations
  • Responding to alarms and emergency requests
  • Managing lost and found
  • Communicating with colleagues, clients, and emergency responders

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for being active and physically able to stand and/or patrol for the majority of a shift
  • Confidence interacting verbally with team members, client personnel, and emergency services
  • Some experience in security or customer service is an asset
