Security Officer Job Description

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and respond to potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns from clients and employees
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
