Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Clintar Landscape Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and supervision of landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and mentor a team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Manage equipment inventory, including ordering and procurement.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Communicate project progress, timelines, and budgets to clients in a clear and transparent manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
