Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Clintar Landscape Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, tree service, and snow removal.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including reading blueprints and drawings.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
