About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Park Royal in West Vancouver, BC. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized and inspirational service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash handling and reconciliation, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring, is desirable.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
