We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc.
Job SummaryThe Key Holder will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training employees, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can provide excellent leadership and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff time and resources.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
The Key Holder will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people, with the potential to supervise up to 10 people in the future.
Art or Fashion Design ExperiencePrevious experience in art or fashion design is an asset, particularly in women's clothing.
Area of SpecializationThe Key Holder will be working in the clothing department.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Key Holder will be working in a fast-paced environment and will require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
