We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Art or fashion design experience
- Area of specialization in clothing
