Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the effective operation of the store.Your exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities will be crucial in leading by example, demonstrating the behaviors necessary for the sales team to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service, ultimately achieving all sales and service objectives.
Additionally, your retail expertise and cash handling skills will be essential for performing vital cash reconciliation tasks at the beginning and end of each day, as well as managing the opening and closing of the store on a rotating schedule.
If you are a driven self-starter with prior retail experience looking to take on your first supervisory role, this position represents an excellent opportunity and a stepping stone towards a rewarding career with a leader in the beauty industry.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience in retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring team members to meet sales and service goals, is advantageous.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if selected for an interview.
- Expected Hourly Range: $19.40 to $29.15 (based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). The Estée Lauder Companies also offers a range of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Additionally, the company maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on specific plan terms). You may qualify for participation in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the guidelines in effect at the time of hire.
