Key Holder Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at 88 Supermarket Ltd. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager and assistant store manager in maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
- Responsible for opening the store and ensuring that all areas are ready for the day, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting their job expectations.
- Oversee the team members to ensure that everything is in place during peak hours and that customers receive exceptional service.
- Ensure that the security system and alarm systems of the store are checked regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- A good knowledge of customer service and retail operations, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks to ensure that the store is running smoothly.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese would be a plus.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time or part-time position, with expected hours of 20-35 per week. The hourly rate is $17.40-$19 per hour.
