Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Environmental Infrastructure team as a Discipline Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing technical personnel within the Mechanical Discipline on projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and biogas systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide mechanical expertise for engineering studies and condition assessments, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and integrate compliance into project design, while interacting with regulatory bodies to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Lead or assist in proposal preparation, including scope definition and estimating level of effort.
- Mentor designers and junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
