Your Responsibilities
  • Perform technical design and coordination of various building mechanical projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to develop solutions tailored to client needs and execute projects for diverse sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential) in building mechanics.
  • Conduct surveys of existing facilities under the guidance of a mentor.
  • Analyze, design, and adapt building mechanical installations.
  • Participate in construction cost estimation exercises.
  • Contribute to the preparation of specifications and technical reports.
  • Provide assistance in work supervision.
  • Perform other related tasks, including administrative duties.
Profile Sought
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (specializing in building) or building engineering.
  • Member of the Ontario Association of Engineers.
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Versatility, autonomy, strong communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities and an excellent customer service orientation.
