Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Culinary Operations Supervisor** to oversee our food service team at Dairy Queen, Pas. This role is essential in ensuring that our dining experience meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- **Education**: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
The position is based in a **restaurant setting**, where you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to effectively meet work schedules.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Train new employees on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and under pressure.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
