Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff: Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and Review Work: Oversee the coordination and review of work assignments, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their job duties.
- Maintain Hotel Operations: Oversee the maintenance of hotel operations, including the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and requisition materials and supplies as needed, ensuring that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Work Setting: Rural area.
- Supervision: More than 20 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, and organized.
