Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate work assignments, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
