Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen, Pas. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.

  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to food service.
