Job Title: Associate Vice President of IT

RVA is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of IT to lead our IT team and drive business growth through strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with RVA's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and provide strategic direction to the IT department, including software development, infrastructure management, and data security.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that will drive business growth and support effectively multi-site operations.
  • Ensure all IT systems, processes, tools, and data security are connected and optimized to support RVA's needs.
  • Manage IT staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximized technology investments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing IT function and directing a diverse IT team.
  • Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and reducing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats.
  • A thorough understanding of cybersecurity, software development, network administration, and IT infrastructure.
