Job Title: Associate Vice President - Regulatory

March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to lead our regulatory efforts and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regulatory strategies that align with our organization's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory plans to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to ensure the organization's policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in regulatory affairs to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
