Job Title: Associate Vice President - Regulatory

March of Dimes Canada (MODC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Vice President, Regulatory to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into business operations.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to staff and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure MODC is compliant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare organization.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to fundraising and charitable activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
