Job Title: Administrative Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to our office support staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and reports;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Train staff on new procedures and best practices;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner;
  • Cultivate a welcoming work environment by providing diversity, cross-cultural, and awareness training to employees;
