About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FORCE INC. As an Executive Vice President, you will play a key role in leading our financial, communications, and business services functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and achieve strategic objectives for the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the allocation of financial resources to support business initiatives and ensure effective financial planning and control.
    • Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring a strong and professional image.
  • Human Resources and Talent Management
    • Select, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success, including middle managers, directors, and executive staff.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Performance Management and Development
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business services or financial management capacity.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders.
    • Proven financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
