We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Lasya Technologies Ltd. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; organized and efficient; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
- Workplace: Hybrid work environment.
- Language: English.
