About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at RED WOOD TECH SERVICES INC. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, and organized.
