About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Lasya Technologies Ltd. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; organized and efficient; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
  • Workplace: Hybrid work environment.
  • Language: English.
