**Overview of the Role**

This position involves providing administrative support for third-party crossing applications, including records management, database entry, screening, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate in Land Administration or a related field and experience working in Land Administration within the energy or infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen incoming applications for crossings and encroachments, ensuring completeness and identifying deficiencies to applicants.
  • Enter new crossing applications into the crossings and encroachments database and follow up regularly with field representatives to ensure timely submission.
  • Administer shared crossing and encroachments inboxes, routing emails to the correct internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to crossings and encroachments, generating regular reports using data from the crossing and encroachment database.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Land Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in Land Administration within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Salary Information: Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 CAD based on industry standards and job requirements. This figure is approximate and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
