Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administration Specialist to join our team at AMAR TELECOM LTD. As an Office Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office services, and providing support to our staff.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administration and possess excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities. They will also be reliable, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities;
- Carry out administrative activities such as maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and assemble data for periodic and special reports;
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment;
- Maintain accurate records and files while ensuring confidentiality and discretion;
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage competing demands;
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience in administration;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
