The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in Surface Land administration, with a strong understanding of land procedures, legislation, and regulations in Alberta.

This role involves working in a billable time environment, where high proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong Excel skills are essential. Experience in a similar capacity as a land broker is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. In addition to their technical expertise, the ability to integrate new software into daily workflows is crucial for success in this role.
