Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account room availability and guest preferences

  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and activities
  • Exchange foreign currency and process guest departures, calculating charges and receiving payments
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest safety and well-being
  • Perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and accommodations
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring timely and efficient service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
