About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Maa Varahi Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Food Sourcing and Inventory Management

Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory levels to ensure that our kitchen is always well-stocked and efficient.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Health and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of physical energy and stamina.
