Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and arranging travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
