Sales Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission.

The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing existing customers, while also developing new business opportunities within their assigned sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and develop customer interest in Ryder's services, including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.
  • Analyze account profitability and understand competitive influences and risks.
  • Develop sales plans and create value perceptions of Ryder's services using the Ryder Sales Process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of consecutive sales excellence in prior sales responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain professional relationships.
  • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus commission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
